Many Counties have elections. There may be elections for partial terms for township or nonpartisan city, village or school officials. Precinct Delegates are on the ballot for the Republican and Democratic parties. There may be Nonpartisan Judicial elections. And there may be Proposals on the ballot for your county, city or township, community college or school district.

Your local League may have a voter guide for county and local officials available on its website.  Your local league may also have held Candidate Forums which are viewable online or on cable.

www.publius.org has a Sample Ballot with your appropriate districts for registered voters and gives your Precinct Location.  It also provides links to 5-minute MiVote videos of candidate interviews and to Detroit Free Press candidate surveys as well as to League of Women Voter voter guide information.
